COVID-19: STATUS UPDATE 06/2020
We appreciate and understand your concerns during these challenging times we face globally. We are closely monitoring the CDC and WHO statements regarding the COVID-19 cases and following guidelines from these agencies and our local health departments. The well-being of our clients and associates is our top priority.
Effective Tuesday, March 24th, all our offices will be closed for client meetings until further notice. We are reachable through all our contact channels and much of our team will continue to work from home. As of May 31st, all ongoing projects from 01/2020 to 05/2020 have been completed and delivered to clients. We continue to accept film production (limited & selected bookings), design, brand development, web and app development, film post-production/editing and colour grading projects.
> Our management and staff will not be attending in-person meetings until further notice. For upcoming meetings, we will be in touch with you to conduct the meeting via alternate channels such as video conferencing or phone call. If you would like to schedule a meeting with us, you may reach us through our contact channels and we would be happy to work around your convenience.
> All current and active film production, post-production / editing, colour grading, design, brand development, web development, research, consulting and strategy projects are ongoing normally and we continue to accept new projects. Our delivery timelines and schedules per project remain the unchanged. We are currently in a rapidly changing/evolving situation and in the event of any delays or changes to given schedules, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours to inform you of the same.

Submitting the above form does not guarantee your revised booking dates. All revision / change requests are subject to our availability and any rate differences. Please consider your revised booking unconfirmed until you receive written confirmation through our official channels. Due to the current situation and overwhelming number of requests, response times can be between 5-7 working days. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
